In Thailand, Muay Thai is a highly esteemed form of art and is taught to students to gain self confidence, get in shape, learn self defense, and become a disciplined and humble individual.

Yoga with Tiffany
Find inner calm while working on strength through stretching, balancing and concentration. Tiffany's yoga courses are designed to calm the mind and ease tension while also strengthening the physical body. Classes are open for all levels and all ages. Yoga classes take place outdoors during the summer and will move to an indoor location for the fall and winter. Outdoor yoga classes are donation based with a minimum contribution of 8$.
